NETHERLANDS DRAW ITALY, ICELAND AND GERMANY FOR EU CUP 2009

The announcement of the Pool games for the 2009 EU Cup has been made, with the under-rated Dutch drawing first timers Italy and Iceland, together with a German side that the Dutchmen stand a strong chance of defeating.

With two first-time teams, the Dutchmen stand a great chance of finishing in the top 8, bettering last years Bowl Championship 9th.

  Following a tough selection process, the 2009 EU Cup Team has been announced. Featuring a record 8 Dutch nationals, with 7 making their EU Cup debut, the team were selected for speed and experience combined with height and specialist positions around the ground.
